We own a casa de campo idyllically nestled amongst the almond groves behind Alcalali village. When searching for a builder to add a large raised terrace and garage to our property we looked no further than the pages of Different magazine.

Having read John Phillips informative advice column over the past months we approached Construction Buena Vista who provided a detailed quote with a fixed price for the project. I had prepared sketches of our thoughts and John translated them into reality. He works on-site every day alongside his team of Spanish craftsmen so any questions or concerns we may have had were answered and resolved without becoming issues.

The terrace is superb and really enhances the appearance of our home and the garage construct ion completely complements the other buildings around it. The standard of build and finish of both is first class.

Unfortunately we probably all know somebody who has a "bad builder" story in Spain so when you find an outfit that completes a project exactly as you visualised it, on budget and in a thoroughly professional manner then they are certainly worthy of recommendation.
